DŠOF Aquatlon Big for adults starts from the finish line, which will be set in the sea, not far from the coast. The course is 500 m long, and you will swim around the placed buoys. After the first part of the competition, swimming, the competitors get out of the sea, put on tennis shoes and continue running along the marked path for 2.5 km. During the running part, it is mandatory to wear a T-shirt or jersey.

ORGANIZATION

DŠOF Aquathlon Big 500M SWIM + 2.5KM RUN is organized by the agency Break a Leg, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County and the Tourist Board of Rogoznica. Aquathlon Big starts on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 3:00 PM, at Lozica beach in Rogoznica.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Anyone meeting the following criteria may participate in DŠOF Aquathlon Big 500M SWIM + 2.5KM RUN:

- Participants must be at least 16 years old.

- Children aged 16 to 18 can participate with a signed permission from a parent or guardian (LINK TO FORM).

- They have registered for the race (filled out the online form at www.stotinka.hr + paid the registration fee).

Competitors, by registering and paying the registration fee, directly agree to compete at their own risk, are aware of the rules and regulations of the competition, as well as the potential risks involved. They waive the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer, as well as to other competitors or third parties. By registering, competitors confirm that they are in appropriate psycho-physical condition suitable for this type of competition.

STARTER PACKS

Starter packs can be collected at the main location - Lozica beach in Rogoznica, on Sunday, September 22, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

The contents of the starter pack include: race number, competitor's shirt, bag for storing personal items in the dressing room, sponsor gifts. To collect the starter pack and race number, presentation of a personal document is mandatory. The race number for another person can only be collected with presentation of the personal document of the registered person.

COMPETITION NUMBERS

Each competitor receives their own race number. The organizer writes the number on the arm of each competitor with a waterproof marker. Each competitor is required to keep their race number for later retrieval of personal items and for the post-race meal.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

By registering, competitors declare that they are familiar with the list of MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:

- Swimming costumes, swimsuits with FINA certification, and triathlon suits.

- Running shoes.

- During the running segment, it is mandatory to wear a shirt or jersey.

COMPETITION DESCRIPTION/TIME MEASUREMENT

The Aquathlon Big 500M SWIM + 2.5KM RUN starts at Lozica beach in Rogoznica. Competitors swim 500 meters in the sea in a marked area, then exit the sea and continue running 2.5 kilometers on a marked trail. Competition results will be published immediately after the competition on the website www.stotinka.hr.

COURSE CHANGE

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course, without prior notice, according to weather conditions.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

By paying the registration fee, competitors confirm their acceptance of these rules, and the registration is considered valid.

In case of non-attendance at the competition, the paid fee will not be refunded.

REFRESHMENTS

Competitors are provided with a meal and a drink after the race, upon presentation of their race number.

WARDROBE

A wardrobe for storing personal items during the competition is provided near the starting point of the race and will be available for competitors at the finish line. Storage is only possible in the bag provided as part of the starter pack and with presentation of the race number at drop-off and collection. NATURE PROTECTION

The race takes place in nature, and accordingly, it is mandatory to adhere to basic rules of nature and environmental protection and to respect rules of behavior in protected natural areas. Competitors must not pollute the environment or throw waste into the sea.

The DŠOF TRAIL 5 KM, as part of the DALMATIA ŠIBENIK OUTDOOR FESTIVAL, is organized by the agency Break a leg, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County and the Tourist Board of Rogoznica. The race starts on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10:30 AM, from Lozica beach in Rogoznica.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals meeting the following criteria may participate in the race:

- At least 18 years old.

- Individuals aged 14-18 may participate if they have a permission form signed by a parent or guardian (LINK TO FORM).

- Competitors under the age of 14 may participate with the accompaniment of an adult responsible for them and with a signed permission to participate from a parent or guardian.

- Have suitable psycho-physical condition for endurance efforts and activities in nature.

- They have registered for the race (filled out the online form at www.stotinka.hr + paid the registration fee).

By registering, the competitor directly agrees to compete in the race at their own risk, is aware of the rules and regulations of the race, as well as the potential risks involved.

By registering, the competitor declares they are familiar with the list of RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT, extremely important for their personal safety, and that not carrying it exposes them to increased risks such as dehydration, hypothermia, inability to treat injuries, inability to call for help, inability to assist injured competitors, inability to contact the organizer, and even death. By registering, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer, as well as to other competitors or third parties. By registering, the competitor confirms that they are in appropriate psycho-physical condition suitable for this type of competition.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

The list of equipment recommended by the organizer for all competitors:

- Backpack or waist pack.

- Bottle with a minimum of 0.5 L of liquid at the start.

- Food (gel, energy bar, etc.).

- First aid kit (min: 1 elastic bandage, 1 first aid dressing, 2 compresses, adhesive plasters of various sizes).

- Mobile phone (turned on, with fully charged battery, and organizer's numbers saved).

Recommended equipment / weather conditions permitting:

- Clothing for protection against rain/wind/sun.

- Sunscreen.

- Spare clothing.

STARTER PACKS

Starter pack collection is organized at the main location - Lozica Beach in Rogoznica on Saturday, September 21, from 08:30 to 10:00 AM.

Starter pack contents: race number, competitor's shirt, bag for storing personal items in the dressing room, sponsor gifts. Presentation of a personal document is mandatory for collecting the starter pack and race number. Collection of the race number for another person is possible only with presentation of the personal document of the registered person.

COMPETITION NUMBERS

Upon registration confirmation, each competitor will receive a race number. The race number MUST BE WORN throughout the entire race, on the upper part of the body, front-facing, not covered, and clearly visible (it is not allowed to wear the race number on legs, back, backpack, or on the side).

Each race number has a prominent contact phone number of the organizer for emergency calls.

WARDROBE

A wardrobe for storing personal items during the race is provided near the start/finish line of the race. Storage is only possible in the bag provided as part of the starter pack and with presentation of the race number at drop-off and collection. REFRESHMENT STATIONS

At the FINISH LINE, competitors have a meal and drink provided, upon presentation of their race number.

CHECKPOINTS / TIME MEASUREMENT

Several checkpoints will be marked on the races, each with a representative of the organizer.

The passage of runners is recorded at the START and at the entrance to the FINISH. Race results will be published immediately after the race on the website www.stotinka.hr.

MARKINGS ON THE TRAIL

The 5 km trail will be marked with GREEN markers, which must be followed throughout the race.

TIME LIMIT

There is a time limit for completing the race. To be included in the official ranking, the competitor must finish the race within a certain time limit (3 hours for the 5 km trail).

WITHDRAWAL

Competitors who decide to withdraw during the race must do the following:

- Return to the start/finish area and inform the organizer of their withdrawal, or

- Inform the organizer of their withdrawal via mobile phone (displayed on the race number).

If withdrawal is due to injury and the competitor is unable to continue to the nearest refreshment station or the finish line, the competitor must contact the organizer via phone/with the help of other competitors using the number displayed on the race number. Upon receiving the information, the organizer will activate the on-duty medical and rescue service.

COURSE CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course, refreshment stations, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the official race website.

ORGANIZATION

The DŠOF TRAIL 11 KM, part of the DALMATIA ŠIBENIK OUTDOOR FESTIVAL, is organized by the agency Break a leg, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County and the Tourist Board of Rogoznica. The race starts on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10:30 AM, from Lozica beach in Rogoznica.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals meeting the following criteria may participate in the race:

- At least 18 years old.

- Individuals aged 14-18 may participate if they have a permission form signed by a parent or guardian (LINK TO FORM).

- Competitors under the age of 14 may participate with the accompaniment of an adult responsible for them and with a signed permission to participate from a parent or guardian.

- Have suitable psycho-physical condition for endurance efforts and activities in nature.

- They have registered for the race (filled out the online form at www.stotinka.hr + paid the registration fee).

By registering, the competitor directly agrees to compete in the race at their own risk, is aware of the rules and regulations of the race, as well as the potential risks involved.

By registering, the competitor declares they are familiar with the list of RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT, extremely important for their personal safety, and that not carrying it exposes them to increased risks such as dehydration, hypothermia, inability to treat injuries, inability to call for help, inability to assist injured competitors, inability to contact the organizer, and even death. By registering, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer, as well as to other competitors or third parties. By registering, the competitor confirms that they are in appropriate psycho-physical condition suitable for this type of competition.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

The list of equipment recommended by the organizer for all competitors:

- Backpack or waist pack.

- Bottle with a minimum of 0.5 L of liquid at the start.

- Food (gel, energy bar, etc.).

- First aid kit (min: 1 elastic bandage, 1 first aid dressing, 2 compresses, adhesive plasters of various sizes).

- Mobile phone (turned on, with fully charged battery, and organizer's numbers saved).

Recommended equipment / weather conditions permitting:

- Clothing for protection against rain/wind/sun.

- Sunscreen.

- Spare clothing.

STARTER PACKS

Starter pack collection is organized at the main location - Lozica beach in Rogoznica on Saturday, September 21, from 08:30 to 10:00 AM.

Starter pack contents: race number, competitor's shirt, bag for storing personal items in the dressing room, sponsor gifts. Presentation of a personal document is mandatory for collecting the starter pack and race number. Collection of the race number for another person is possible only with presentation of the personal document of the registered person.

COMPETITION NUMBERS

Upon registration confirmation, each competitor will receive a race number. The race number MUST BE WORN throughout the entire race, on the upper part of the body, front-facing, not covered, and clearly visible (it is not allowed to wear the race number on legs, back, backpack, or on the side).

Each race number has a prominent contact phone number of the organizer for emergency calls.

WARDROBE

A wardrobe for storing personal items during the race is provided near the start/finish line of the race. Storage is only possible in the bag provided as part of the starter pack and with presentation of the race number at drop-off and collection. For unclaimed items during this time, it is necessary to contact a representative of the organizer at the contact number +385 99 323 9643.

REFRESHMENT STATIONS

At the FINISH LINE, competitors have a meal and drink provided, upon presentation of their race number.

CHECKPOINTS / TIME MEASUREMENT

Several checkpoints will be marked on the races, each with a representative of the organizer.

The passage of runners is recorded at the START and at the entrance to the FINISH. Race results will be published immediately after the race on the website www.stotinka.hr.

MARKINGS ON THE TRAIL

The 11 km trail will be marked with YELLOW markers, which must be followed throughout the race.

TIME LIMIT

There is a time limit for completing the race. To be included in the official ranking, the competitor must finish the race within a certain time limit (4 hours for the 11 km trail).

WITHDRAWAL

Competitors who decide to withdraw during the race must do the following:

- Return to the start/finish area and inform the organizer of their withdrawal, or

- Inform the organizer of their withdrawal via mobile phone (displayed on the race number).

If withdrawal is due to injury and the competitor is unable to continue to the nearest refreshment station or the finish line, the competitor must contact the organizer via phone/with the help of other competitors using the number displayed on the race number. Upon receiving the information, the organizer will activate the on-duty medical and rescue service.

COURSE CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course, refreshment stations, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on the official race website.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

By paying the registration fee, the competitor confirms their acceptance of these rules, and the registration is considered valid. In case of non-attendance at the race, the paid fee will not be refunded.

NATURE PROTECTION

The race takes place in nature, so it is mandatory to adhere to basic rules of nature and environmental protection, and to respect rules of behavior in protected natural areas. Competitors must not pollute the environment or harm the surrounding flora and fauna, must not litter on the trail, or dispose of garbage at any location between the start and finish of the race, except at refreshment stations.

Registration for the race is for TWO COMPETITORS (tandem), as they paddle in pairs. Kayaks for the race are provided by the organizer.

Competitors, by registering and paying the registration fee, agree to compete in the race at their own risk, are aware of the rules and regulations of the race, as well as the potential risks involved. By registering, competitors confirm they are in suitable psycho-physical condition for this type of competition.

STARTER PACKS

Starter pack collection is organized at the main location – Lozica beach in Rogoznica, on Saturday, September 21, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Starter pack contents: race number, competitor's shirt, bag for storing personal items in the dressing room. Presentation of a personal document is mandatory for collecting the starter pack and race number. Collection of the race number for another person is possible only with presentation of the personal document of the registered person.

COMPETITION NUMBERS

Each TANDEM receives their own race number. The race number MUST BE WORN throughout the entire race, on the upper part of the body, front-facing, not covered, and clearly visible. The competitor sitting in the front of the kayak wears the race number.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

By registering, competitors declare they are familiar with the list of MANDATORY CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT:

- Swim trunks/swimsuit and/or shorts and shirt and/or short wetsuit.

- Sneakers, neoprene slippers, or barefoot.

TIME MEASUREMENT

The race starts from a designated finish line in the sea, not far from the shore, paddling in a circular route around placed buoys, after which participants paddle towards the finish line in front of the beach. The route is approximately 3 km long. Race results will be published immediately after the race on the website www.stotinka.hr.

COURSE CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course without prior notice, according to weather conditions.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT

By paying the registration fee, competitors confirm their acceptance of these rules, and the registration is considered valid.

In case of non-attendance at the race, the paid fee will not be refunded.

REFRESHMENTS

A meal and drink are provided for competitors after the race, upon presentation of their race number.

WARDROBE

A wardrobe for storing personal items during the race is provided near the race start and will be waiting for competitors at the finish line. Storage is only possible in the bag provided as part of the starter pack and with presentation of the race number at drop-off and collection. For unclaimed items during this time, it is necessary to contact a representative of the organizer at the contact number: +385 99 323 9643.

NATURE PROTECTION

The race takes place in nature, so it is mandatory to adhere to basic rules of nature and environmental protection and to respect rules of behavior in protected natural areas. Competitors must not pollute the environment or harm the surrounding flora and fauna, must not litter or dispose of garbage at any location where the race takes place, or throw it into the water. Let's be careful with nature, preserve it, and enjoy its most beautiful form!

MEDIA FREEDOM CONSENT

By registering for the race, competitors agree that all recorded film and photographic material may be publicly displayed and used for promotional purposes of the race. The race organizer retains all rights to use, copy, and distribute all recorded video and photo materials.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

On May 25, 2018, the so-called GDPR or European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data came into force, which determines how and under what conditions data submitted to a third party may or may not be used. Of course, this concerns us as well, who collect your data for the purpose of registering for the competition, so please keep the following in mind:

- The data we receive from you will be used exclusively for the purpose of your registration for the competition. We will publicly disclose this data only in two cases - publication of the start list of competitors and publication of competition results. Since the competition itself would not make sense without your data and they are posted online solely for your information, they are used voluntarily according to regulations, and their publication is permitted.

- When registering via the www.stotinka.hr system, you must agree to the terms of use, which includes GDPR regulations, to continue filling out the data. If you have any objections to the publication of your data in the form of start and finish lists, please contact us so we can remove you from them. However, by doing so, the purpose of your participation in the competition is lost, and you forfeit your ranking in it, but we are obliged to do so if you request it.

- From the moment of your registration for the competition until the competition itself, you will receive several emails from us with information related to the organization of the competition and registration for it, but all still in the context of your voluntary participation in it.

- The data that will be publicly available before the competition are: your name, your club, your country, and the competition you are registering for. Other data such as your date of birth, email address, home address, city, and all other requested data, remain in our database until the end of the competition, for the purpose of intervention towards the competitor in case of unforeseen circumstances. Data are deleted after the competition, and only the results are publicly displayed, which include data: your race number, name, country, club, category, gender, and ranking.

DŠOF SUP RACE starts from the set starting line from the sea, on Lozica beach in Rogoznica, and a circular tour will be driven around the set buoys. The DŠOF SUP track is about 2 km long. All competitors must row standing (not sitting).

The DŠOF SUP race as part of the DALMATIA ŠIBENIK OUTDOOR FESTIVAL is organized by the agency Break a leg, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County and the Tourist Board of Rogoznica. The race starts on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM, from Lozica beach in Rogoznica. The route is approximately 2 km long.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals meeting the following criteria may participate in the DŠOF SUP race:

- At least 18 years old.

- Individuals aged 14 to 18 may participate if they have a signed permission from a parent or guardian (LINK TO FORM).

If a competitor does not have their own inflatable board, the organizer will provide one, along with the corresponding paddle.

If a competitor has their own inflatable board, they can compete with it, provided that the board is "touring" or "all-around" – it must not be "race."
