Plitvice Half Marathon 

The Plitvice Half Marathon is a road athletic race with a total length of 21.0975 m. The start and finish are in the same place. 

The race starts at 9:00, on Sunday, June 2, 2024. in Mukinje, in front of SRC Mukinje - Sports Hall. 

Everyone who is at least 18 years old on the day of the race is allowed to take part in the race. Persons under the age of 18 may perform with the approval of their parents and a sports medicine doctor. The time limit is 3:30 hours. 

All other rules and responsibilities apply as for a marathon race.   

Family marathon In the tradition of the Plitvice Marathon is a family gathering and a stay on the Plitvice Lakes. The wish of the organizer has always been to attract whole families to stay in the National Park and run together. That's how the family marathon came about. A race where one family member runs a 5 km race, one competes in a half marathon and one in a marathon. Their times are added together and thus the overall order is determined. Only family members of the first generation can apply for the family marathon. Family members apply individually for each race and after the application is sent, send an e-mail for the family marathon to a.k.plitvice@gmail.com with the title: Family Marathon 2024.   

The starting package for the 21 km race, in addition to the number with the chip and refreshments on the track itself, contains at least:

Description

Marathon

The Plitvice Marathon is a road athletic race with a total length of 42,195m. The race consists of one lap and has an official AIMS certificate. Start and finish are in the same place. Checkpoints are located at the 12th and 30th kilometers.

The start of the race is at 9:00 am, on Sunday 2.6.2024 in Mukinje, in front of SRC Mukinje - Sports Hall.

All healthy competitors can perform and everyone runs at their own risk. By registering for the race, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer and confirms his health and readiness to finish the race. The organizer provided medical care in accordance with the rules of road athletics races.

Everyone who has reached the age of 18 on the day of the race is allowed to take part in the marathon.

By registering for the race, the competitor agrees that the organizer may use photos taken during, immediately before and after the race for their internal needs and the needs of event promotion. The competitor agrees that the organizer may use his personal data for internal communication and for promotional purposes of the organizer.

Refreshments are provided at the start, during the race in accordance with the IAAF and HAS regulations related to road running and in the finish area. Additional refreshments are provided in the target area. Timing is electronic with the use of chips and all results will be published immediately after the race on the official website of the organizer. All competitors will have a net (chip start) and gross time (the time from the starter giving the signal to start the race to the entry of the competitor in the finish). The official ranking is the gross time of the competitor in accordance with the rules of the IAAF (World Athletics Federation).

The start number is placed exclusively on the chest and must be visible throughout the race. Competitors must have a chip in addition to the start number during the race, without which their placement will not be recorded. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification of the competitor.

The time limit of the race is 6:00h (8: 32 / km). The time limit control will be on the last 30 km relay change.

Unofficial race results will be announced immediately after the race. The right to appeal lasts for three days after the announcement of the unofficial results. After the expiration of the right of appeal, the results become official.

Traffic was closed and a police escort (motorcycle) was provided in front of the first group of competitors.

Unless otherwise stated, the rules of the Croatian Athletics Federation in accordance with the rules of the IAAF apply.

 Family marathon

Description

Utrka na 5km
Utrka na 5km cestovna je atletska utrka ukupne duljine 5.000m. Utrka se sastoji od jednog kruga duljine 5 km. Start i cilj nalaze se na istom mjestu. Kontrolna točka nalazi se na najudaljenijoj točki između 2.5 kilometra što je ujedno i okretište.

Start utrke je u subotu, 01.06.2024 godine u Mukinjama u 17:00 sati, ispred ŠRC Mukinje – Sportska dvorana.

Na utrci smiju nastupiti svi koji na dan utrke imaju najmanje navršenih 15 godina. Osobe mlađe od 15 godina, smiju nastupiti uz odobrenje roditelja i liječnika sportske medicine.

Vremenski limit iznosi 70 minuta (12:00/km).

Vrijede sva ostala pravila i odgovornosti kao i za utrku polumaratona i maratona.

Obiteljski maraton

U tradiciji Plitvičkog maratona je obiteljsko druženje i boravak na Plitvičkim jezerima. Želja organizatora je uvijek bila privući cijele obitelji da borave u Nacionalnom parku i zajedno trče. Tako je nastao i obiteljski maraton. Utrka gdje po jedan od članova obitelji trči utrku na 5 km, jedan nastupa u polumaratonu, a jedan na maratonu. Njihova vremena se zbrajaju i na taj način se utvrđuje ukupan poredak. Za obiteljski maraton se mogu prijaviti samo članovi obitelji po prvom koljenu.

Članovi obitelji se pojedinačno prijavljuju za svaku utrku i po učinjenoj prijavi šalju mail prijave za obiteljski maraton na a.k.plitvice@gmail.com s naslovom: Obiteljski maraton 2024

Startni paket za utrku na 5 km, osim broja s čipom te okrepe na samoj stazi minimalno sadržava:
