Prijavom na utrku natjecatelji ujedno potvrđuju da daju privolu organizatoru, VSU Merhatovec,za prikupljanje i daljnju obradu osobnih podataka (prezime i ime, spol, godina rođenja, naziv DVD, mjesto prebivališta) u svrhu organizacije i realizacije utrke, objave rezultata, informiranja i izvještavanja o utrci. Nadalje, privolom natjecatelji pristaju da fotografije snimljene prije, tijekom i nakon održavanja utrke organizator može koristiti za objavljivanje za potrebe izvještavanja o utrci, te daljnje promocije utrke i budućih aktivnosti. Svaki davatelj privole može zatražiti pristup svojim osobnim podacima, ograničavanje obrade i zatražiti brisanje istih.

U utrci osim vatrogasaca mogu sudjelovati i građani te članovi drugih Udruga za koje će se bodovanje obaviti posebno.
