With his registration, each competitor directly agrees that he competes in the race at his own risk, and that he is aware of the possible risks that this competition contains. By registering, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer, either towards the competitors or third parties. With his application, the competitor confirms that he is healthy and in the appropriate psycho-physical condition suitable for this type of competition.

We inform you that the event you are participating in is being recorded and the recordings and photos from it can be used for marketing purposes for the promotion of the event organizer. It is also possible that recordings and photos will be published in printed or electronic media and/or on the social networks of the organizers.

1. Participants must follow the marked route according to their category. It is forbidden to use off-road and shorten the path.
2. Participants compete at their own risk.

3. All participants accept all the rules and conditions of the race (conditions of registration, timetable, etc.)

4. Participants must wear all required mandatory equipment.

5. Participants must wear a BIB number that is visible throughout the race, in the chest or abdomen, otherwise they may be disqualified.

7. Participants must follow all instructions given by officials at registration, checkpoints, road crossings and all other locations.

8. All competitors who withdraw are obliged to inform the organizer by sending an SMS (the number of the organizer is on the BIB number) with their competition number, name and surname.

9. Each category has its own start time. If participants do not start on time, they are directly disqualified from the race.
10. The organizer has the right to change the prescribed schedule of the race.
11. In certain cases, the organizer has the right to change the course for safety reasons.
12. In case of postponement or cancellation of the race due to force majeure, the organizer is not obliged to refund the entry fee to participants, unless the organizer decides to regulate this item differently, but it must be officially published on social networks before registration.
13. If the competitor cancels the arrival, the entry fee is refunded in the amount of 50% if the arrival is canceled at least 2 months before the start of the race. If the arrival is canceled less than 2 months before the start of the race, there is no refund of the entry fee.
14. Throwing garbage on the track or anywhere else where it is not provided for is immediate disqualification.
15. Complaints can be submitted exclusively in electronic form to the e-mail tourdemarca@outlook.com within 48 hours from the end of the race. The organizer is obliged to respond to the complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
16. Competitors will be disqualified for non-compliance with these rules.
17. The EMR Service is on duty for emergencies.
