EVENT SCHEDULE

• 7:00 - opening of the check-in desk
• 8:00 - start of the race Veliki Točak 56 km
• 8:00 - start of the race Mali Točak 39 km
• 10:00 - start of the race Špilja Liluša 24 km
• 10:15 - welcome speech and official opening of the event
• 10:30 - start of the race Panorama đir 11 km

14:00 - Start of lunch

Announcement and distribution of prizes - for each race separately half an hour after the first three from the women's and men's competitions finish the race;  the announcement of the winner is an integral part of the race and all awardees are required to attend the announcement. Subsequent prize pick-up will not be possible.

• 22:00 - end of the event

In case of severe weather, the event is transferred to Sunday 19.03.2023. about which the notification will be on social networks and registered competitors will be notified to the email they entered when registering. In case of inability to maintain even on the second day, the event is cancelled. In this case, there is no refund of the deposit for an understandable reason (all costs already made) and the start packages will be able to be picked up at the club's premises or as we mutually specify - they will not be sent by mail/delivery.In case of cancellation and second term, the rules from the above paragraph apply.

For the Veliki Točak and Mali Točak races, applications will only be available online until 27.2.2023 at midnight. After that, registration will no longer be possible.

On the day of the race 18.03.2022. can apply and pay the entry fee at the registration desk:

                - from 8:00 - 9:30 - Špillja Liluša race

                 - from 8:00 - 10:00 – Panoram Đir race

With his application, the contestant confirms that he has read and will respect this announcement and the Regulations of the Dalmatian Trail League.

ENTRY FEE

Entry fee amounts:

• Track Veliki Točak 56km - 40 EUR
• Trail Mali Točak 39km - 40 EUR
• Trail Špilja Liluša 23km - 25 EUR
• Panorama Đir 11km - 25 EUR

Payment of the entire amount for the Veliki Točak 56km and Mali Točak 39km races must be made by 27.2.2023.g

Payment of a deposit of 12.5 EUR for races Špilja Liluša and Panorama Đir: The entire amount or deposit in the amount of 12.5 EUR is paid, the payment must be visible in the organizer's account no later than 27.2.2023. By paying the deposit, participants secure their start package. The rest up to the full amount of the entry fee or the amount reduced due to discounts participants pay in cash on registrations for the race.

Late deposit payments and online applications (or both): Participants who are not recorded by deposit payments and are not registered online by 27.2.2023.g. do not receive a T-shirt and the finisher medal is possible but not secured. They pay the full amount of the entry fee or minus the discount on the day of the race when registering.

FOREIGN COMPETITORS: they pay the entry fee when registering on the day of the race! They receive the start package only if they registered on-line by 27.2.2023. and announced their arrival at the organizer's email!

Competitors with a discount 100% start package receive only if they announce the arrival on the organizer's email until 27.2.2023! They can only pick it up in person in terms scheduled for picking up start packages.

Refund of the deposit is not possible, it also applies to the deferred term. If the event is cancelled, the start package can be picked up, i.e. only the T-shirt because everything else included in the package is consumed on the day of the race.

• team 10+ members 10% - deposit 12,5 EUR + the rest at registration
• 20+ members 20% - deposit 12.5 EUR + the rest at registration

Discounts for the above mentioned competitors, children and multi-numbered teams can be achieved by paying no later than 27.2.2023. Multi-numbered teams apply by email and pay the entry fee exclusively in groups, individually the price of the entry fee is without discount. The start package and finisher medal are provided by paying the entire amount or deposit 12,5€ until 27.2.2023. for any discount.

The price includes the organization of the race, T-shirt with the race logo, hot meal at the end of the race, refreshments along the tracks, timing, competition number, Finisher medal, medical staff in case of accident or injury, use of changing rooms, preparation of tracks...

Only the entry fee paid until 27.2.2023.g. provides a race t-shirt in the start package and a finisher's medal.

TAKEOVER START NUMBERS

Picking up the competition numbers, instructions and the start package at the check-in desk at Poljana in front of the Ivan Meštrović High School

• 17.3.2023. 18:00 to 20:00
• 18.3.2023. from 7:00 to half an hour before the start of each race

REWARDING

1,2,3 place women/ 1,2,3 place men - for each race separately.

1,2,3 place women / 1,2,3 place male - children up to 14 years.

The youngest and oldest competitor.

Internal team competition... the team must have its own name (club or at will, if someone registers under the name of the club, the selected team name is added after the club name so that they can be ranked separately), must be mixed (2m/2w or 1w/ 3m or 3h/1m), must have a representative in each of the four tracks, if there are more, only one from each track with the best time is counted. CHANGE times are added and counted, not the order. Scoring will be in order in each track (eg eleventh at the finish line has 11 points). The team with the least number of points wins. If it happens that the teams collect the same number of points, the order of the competitors in the longest course determines the winning team. (the reason for the change is that there are big differences in times on longer tracks and then this is irreparable with shorter tracks)

The prize/s will be a small trophy for everyone and a prize winning package for everyone in the team.

PARKING

Parking is free of charge in Drniš, we recommend the zone of the Sports Center Podvornica and the zone of the Elementary School Antun Mihanović Petropoljski.

ACCOMMODATION

Competitors who intend to sleep in the mountain lodge Promina can book accommodation exclusively on the email of the club pd.promina@gmail.com - the price of an overnight stay is 6 EUR, volunteers free of charge.

CLARIFICATION OF CATEGORIES

The Panorama đir trail is intended for walkers, families, amateurs and all those who want to try what a trail race looks like. The orientation is simple, the trail is one-way and fully marked with flags or strips and arrows on the turns. A leisurely walk is passed in 4 hours.

The Veliki Točak, Mali Točak and Špilja Liluša races are intended for experienced competitors and recreationists, passing the entire Promina, all three over Vrh Čavnovka. Covered are the most attractive parts of Promina with beautiful views. The tracks are physically and physically demanding, very fast with a few technical details, fully marked with flags or ribbons and arrows on the turns. All parts of the tracks are accessible for quick reaction in the event of an accident.

Children up to 14 years of age can participate only on the Panorama Đir race, but only accompanied by parents or guardians and with their signed permission to perform.

Children from 14 to 16 years old can independently participate on the trail Špilja Liluša and Panorama Đir, but they must have a signed license from their parents or guardians to perform.

Children aged 16-18 can participate in any track other than Veliki Točak but must have a signed performance permit from their parents or guardians.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT ON PROMINA TRAIL

• Cellular phone
• Headlamp for the Veliki Točak race (only for those who arrive at the 43rd kilometer after 17h)

A glass or a bottle. Our goal is to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic so that there will be no more plastic cups on the refreshments

• competitive number obtained from the organizer (must always be visible at checkpoints)
• identity and health card (shown only on request)

Competitor without mandatory equipment will be disqualified, verification by an official can be on the track or in the finish line.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT BY THE ORGANIZER:

• protection against rain (disposable raincoat, folding umbrella, waterproof jacket)
• dry clothing
