STATEMENT OF DISCLAIMER OF THE ORGANIZER

Each competitor / competitors of the race by their registration and participation accepts the following conditions: 1. By registering and participating, the competitor confirms that he / she is taking part in the race only at his / her own risk, aware that participation in this race represents a potential danger that includes the risk of various types of injuries and possible death. 2. The Competitor accepts that the Organizer is not liable for any form of damage caused to him by participating in the competition, directly, indirectly, separately or in connection, caused by his own negligence and fault, or negligence and fault of other competitors or third parties, before, during or after of the said competition 3. The competitor is liable for any form of damage to third parties caused or contributed by his own negligence or fault 4. During the race, and immediately before and after it, the competitor is obliged to respect the officially published rules, instructions on safe movement, and conditions of performance issued by the organizers, and instructions of judges, stewards and persons engaged in organizing the race on the field. 5. The competitor waives the right to sue the organizer for any form of damage caused by participating in the race.

CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

All personal data from the application will be used exclusively for the purpose of implementation and organization of the "Ilok Half Marathon 2022." in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the Act Implementing the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/2018), with the application of appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction. No data will be provided to a third party, and after the competition all personal data will be deleted.

ENTRY FEE REGULATIONS

Race participation can be canceled any time until 31.3.2022. without stating the reason for cancellation.

From 1.4.2022. until 7.4.2022. one can transfer his participation to another person with the option of switching t-shirt size.

After 7.4.2022. one can only transfer his participation to another person with no option for t-shirt changes.

These rules and dates stand also if the date of the race is rescheduled.

If the race is canceled, organizers will anounce percentage amount of paid entry fee which will be returned to participants.
