By submitting the registration form on-line, each competitor directly agrees that will compete in the race at his own risk, that he is familiar with the rules and regulations of the race and will abide by those and that he is aware of the potential risks that this event poses.
Also, each competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the organizer of the race, to other competitors or to third parties.
By submitting the registration form, each competitor certifies his/her own medical ability to participate in this race, states to have the appropriate fitness level (psycho and physical condition)for this kind of competition and agrees to carry all required equipment during the entire race.

Organiser Mountain Traveller Croatia is responsible for accuracy of race data, opening and closing of registrations and recording of the race fee payment.
This website does not have access to the organiser bank account.
