Dear runners,

registrations are open for the first race edition “Run & Taste Island Pag” 2,5 km held on 04 May 2019!

The specialty of this race is the beauty of the route that runs along the sea and through the historic part of the city of Pag.

The “Bite of Pag" with the autochthonous flavors of the island will be shared at the refreshment station as well as at After Run Party in the beautiful ambience of the Rector's Palace.

This first race held in the city of Pag also carries a humanitarian note in the sense of public awareness of pulmonary hypertension. This is a very rare and severe pulmonary circulation disease that affects people regardless of age and sex, and the cure for total healing has not been found until today. There are only therapies that make life easier for patients. What we want to emphasize is the fact that the disease is difficult to detect, and sometimes the patients visit a few doctors and can pass a couple of years to find out the right diagnosis. For a more successful treatment it is very important to start with the therapy earlier.

The logo on the official t-shirts of the race is "Get breathless for PH", because we want the runners who compete in them to feel how is it to be breathless - the way we stay in performing the basic livelihoods and even in the idle state. We're running with the official hashtag #worldphday which is held worldwide on the day after the race.

When making payments from abroad, the amount is increased for bank reimbursement.

Upon successful registration, you will receive an email with all the relevant information about the race, including information on how to pay for the start package.

In case of no-show: if runners who have paid the start fee did not participate in the race, the refund is not possible. Runner who resigns from the race may transfer his starting number and the start package to another registered runner no later than 2 days before the race.

Start numbers pick-up for all participants: Friday 03.05.2019 from 19:00 until 22:00 sati and on a race day Saturday 04.05.2019 from 08.00 until 09.00 at the Main Square in City of Pag /Knežev dvor palace.
