1 RACE ORGANIZATION
Run Raisers, from Sweden, in cooperation with partners organizes the first edition of the KRKA Ultra Challenge which will take place on 7 October, 2018.
2 GENERAL INFORMATION
KRKA Ultra Challenge is a multi-race competition that will take place on courses of various distances.
The purpose is to raise money for diabetes charity, which will go to support:
Both recreation enthusiasts & professional runners who achieve remarkable results in the field of trail-/road running can participate.
It is a one-day event designed to connect Skradin with other parts of the country as well as European tourists, to promote the beautiful nature & heritage of the Krka National Park, as well as the cultural & gastronomic environment of Skradin.
Everything associated with KRKA Ultra Challenge will contribute to Diabetes Charity (20% of entry fee, sponsors, accommodation, activities etc.)

3 REGISTRATIONS
Registrations can be done in any the following two (2) alternatives:
For registrations after September 30 we cannot guarantee your personal name on Race Bib.
A registration is not complete until the participant transfers the defined amount of the entry fee at the bank account of the organizers.
One week before race start every participant will receive a Race PM per email, containing all necessary information!

ENTRY CONDITIONS
Your confirmation is your receipt and it will be delivered by e-mail after notification.
Race Info (PM) for the event will be sent by e-mail just before the race, approximately 2 weeks before.
Participation is at your own risk. Each participant is required to inform and comply with the rules given by the race organization. Your registration for KRKA Ultra Challenge is binding through your payment. You can not move your entry to next year. In the case of cancelled event, only the registration fee will be refunded, less the amount going to charity (20% of the registration fee).
If for any reason you are unable to participate, you are responsible for reselling your Start Bib via, for example, the forum at the KRKA Ultra Challenge Facebook Event.
Name change is approved until 31 August 2018. After this date, this will be done in a timely manner and we can not guarantee that the number tag has the correct name.
Minimum age 18 years for the distances INSANE 80km and CRAZY 50km individually. For the CRAZY 50km TEAM Relay, the minimum age is 16 years (fill 16 years in the calendar year) with the written approval of the parent. HAPPY 10km has no age limit.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
According to the Personal Data Act, consent is required to save personal data, such as name and contact details. When you register your data at Run Raisers, they will be saved in our registry, and your registration will therefore also be an approval to save the data. The information will not be forwarded to third parties without your permission.
RECLAMATION
When shopping online, the law applies to distance contracts and agreements outside business premises, which gives you 14 days to regret your purchase. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cultural events, sports events or the like, please (read here) for further information.
Run Raisers is not responsible for any insurance related to KRKA Ultra Challenge, but it is up to the participant to investigate the necessary insurance policies.
PARTICIPATION
We want to emphasize that your participation in KRKA Ultra Challenge is entirely at your own risk. Running in the trail and ultra distances can pose risks like clothing or equipment breaks or you hurt yourself. We at Run Raisers will not incur any costs if you get damaged or your equipment is broken.
If you have a cold or are hurt somewhere, we advise you not to start. There will be medical support in place in the form of a doctor.
Upon pick-up of "Start Bib" and check-in for the race, we will need your signature that Run Raisers is not responsible for any accidents during the course, in line with:
"I participate at your own risk. I hereby certify that I have understood the safety regulations that apply to KRKA Ultra Challenge and that I will follow these. I am aware that there is a risk of injury in this activity and I accept that risk. I agree that KRKA Ultra Challenge is not responsible for any damage to equipment or personal injury that may be incurred during the participation. I agree that it is forbidden to run KRKA Ultra Challenge under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and that the race organization team has the sole right to reject persons who may be at risk for themselves or for others without these persons being able to claim any financial compensation. I am responsible for weighing up the risks of known diseases and injuries.”
DELIVERY
Once you have completed your application, you will receive a confirmation directly on the screen that the registration has been registered. Within minutes, you will also receive a confirmation of your e-mail, provided you have entered your correct e-mail address. If you pay by card, you will also receive a confirmation to your e-mail that we have received your payment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEE
We have chosen to subsidize the registration fee for Croatians, as our ambition is to create a true feast in connection with this event and attract as many local citizens to join the race.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
It is up to each participant to arrange travel and accommodation (Run Raisers is not a tour operator). On our website there is info/link to an overview of good accommodation options in different price range and standard (click here), where it is easy to make a request to our local representative in Skradin.

TRANSFER
It is up to each participant to arrange transfer to/from the airport (Run Raisers is no tour operator). On our website there is info / link to our recommended car rental in Zadar and Split (click here) where you can easily make a request & book.

CHANGES IN THIS AGREEMENT
Run Raisers has the right to change these terms or Run Raisers fees after giving notice of this on the site. Changed terms and charges will apply to new arrangements from the date of insertion on the site.
