RACE:
ZAVRATNICA TRAIL 2025, CHILDREN (up to 14 years) > 6 km (130m ↑ 130 m ↓) start 11:05am – start and finish are in Jablanac
Course description:
The race starts in Jablanac (the center of the town), and runs along the tourist trail in the direction of Zavratnica Bay for 1.6 km. From the deepest point of the bay (the house), the next 1.3 km of the trail climbs along the newly renovated hiking trail and exits at Vidikovac, from which we have a beautiful view of Zavratnica Bay itself, and Vidikovac is also our 1st checkpoint with refreshments (first bracelet). The race continues back along the same path towards the bottom of the bay and continues 2km to the turnoff for Kula which is the second checkpoint (second bracelet). From Kula we return back along the same path to Jablanac and the finish line in a length of 1km.

Results:
Race results will be published immediately after the race ends on www.stotinka.hr

Time limits:
The time to finish the race is limited. In order for a competitor to be included in the official ranking, he must finish the race within a certain time limit is 2 hour 
Withdrawal:
Competitors who decide to withdraw during the race must do the following:
• inform the organizer about their withdrawal at the refreshment station or
• return to the start and inform the organizer about their withdrawal or
• inform the organizer about their withdrawal via mobile phones

Competitors will be disqualified for the following:
• accepting help from persons not involved in the race or its organization
• leaving waste along the course and endangering flora and fauna
• using any means of transportation during the race
• exchanging the competitor's number with another competitor/competitors
• using abbreviations and unmarked roads, and moving outside the marked race course
• not helping competitors in distress
• unsportsmanlike behavior and/or offensive words towards other competitors/organizers
• disrespecting decisions by the organizer or HGSS
• inappropriate content in photos/videos published after the race that insult other competitors or the organizer

By registering for the race, the competitor agrees that the organizer may use photos taken during, immediately before and after the race for its internal needs and for the promotion of the event. The competitor agrees that the organizer may use his/her personal data for internal communication and promotional purposes of the organizer.
The starting number is placed in a visible place and must be visible throughout the entire race.

• By registering and participating, the competitor confirms that he/she participates in the race solely at his/her own risk, aware that participating in this race represents a potential danger that includes the risk of various types of physical injuries and possible death

• The competitor accepts that the Organizer is not responsible for any form of damage to him/her caused by participating in the competition, indirectly, directly, separately or in connection with, caused by his/her own negligence and fault, or the negligence and fault of other competitors or third parties, before, during or after the said competition

• The competitor is responsible for any form of damage to third parties that he/she caused or contributed to through his/her own negligence or fault

• The competitor is obliged to comply with the officially published rules, instructions on safe movement, and conditions of participation issued by the organizer, as well as the instructions of the judges, stewards and persons engaged in the organization of the race on the ground

• The competitor waives the right to claim compensation from the organizer in court for any form of damage caused by participation in the race

CONSENT TO THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal data from the application will be used exclusively for the purpose of implementing and organizing "Zavratnica trail 2025" in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (NN 42/2018), with the application of appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction. No data will be provided to a third party, and all personal data will be deleted after the competition.

By registering for the race, all competitors agree to participate AT THEIR OWN RISK!
By registering for the race, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility in the event of an accident to the race organizer and confirms their health condition and willingness to finish the race.
By registering, the competitor declares that he/she is familiar with the list of MANDATORY EQUIPMENT and RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT, which are extremely important for his/her personal safety, and that by not wearing them, he/she exposes himself/herself to an increased risk of dehydration, inability to treat injuries, inability to call for help, inability to help injured competitors, inability to contact the organizer and even death in the worst cases.

IMPORTANT
In the event of an announcement of bad weather conditions that could endanger the safety of competitors, the organizer will move the race to a new date, of which the competitors will be notified in a timely manner. If the race cannot be held for the same reasons, the organizer will cancel the race and the paid START FEE WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

THE ORGANIZER MAY REMOVE OR SHORTEN/EXTEND THE COURSE ROUTE IF NECESSARY, OF WHICH THE PARTICIPANTS WILL BE INFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Course description:
