Venue

The race will start and finish in the sea in front of the Martin Horvat Special Hospital for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation in Rovinj, next to the closed city swimming pool.

Lunch and the awards ceremony will take place in the park forest next to the beach.

Marathon participants can park in the parking lot to the right of the main entrance to the hospital, which is just a few minutes' walk from the race starting point on the beach.

Registration

Registrations for the 1500m or 3000m race are made through the "stotinka timing" system (www.stotinka.hr). The entry fee is 20 euros per swimmer. The entry fee must be paid by September 8, 2023 (by 23:59) to IBAN HR 25 240 70001128021430, payment description: St. Euphemia 2023 - [your name and surname]. Any additional registrations will be closed 30 minutes before the start once the limit of participants is reached.

Swimmers from PK Delfin do not pay an entry fee.

Awards

The organizer provides:

• T-shirts and lunch for all participants
• Medals for all participants in the 1500m marathon
• Medals for the first three places in each category in the 3000m race
• Trophies for the overall winners in the 3000m race in the men's and women's categories

• There will be no separate category announcements, only winners in the overall men's and women's categories will be announced.
• 1b Categories for the 3000m race
• Cadets M/F 15 (up to 15 years) 2009 and younger
• Junior boys and girls M/F 19 (16-19 years) 2005-2008
• Young seniors M/F 29 (20-29 years) 1993-2004
• Seniors M/F 39 (30-39 years) 1983-1992
• Young veterans M/F 49 (40-49 years) 1972-1982
• Veterans M/F 59 (50-59 years) 1962-1971
• Senior veterans M/F 60+ (over 60 years) 1961 and older Women and men will compete simultaneously, but their results will be evaluated separately.

2. Each competitor assumes full responsibility for their performance (by signing a declaration), which cannot be transferred to the competition committee even in the event of force majeure.
3. Each competitor signs the GDPR statement on the application form.
4. For competitors under 18 years of age, the declaration must be signed by a parent or guardian.
5. Competitors must not touch a boat, shorten the route, or have contact with the shore and other swimmers. The use of goggles or a mask without a snorkel is allowed.
6. Upon entering the finish line, the target board must be touched with the hand, and the race number written on the shoulder must be shown to the judges at the finish line.
7. The competition committee reserves the right to modify and supplement the provisions of these rules.
