Mjesto održavanja: Trakošćansko jezero, Trakošćan, Općina Bednja

Vrijeme održavanja: 03.07.2016. (nedjelja)

Start - Cilj utrke: Start utrke je na obali Trakošćanskog jezera podno dvorca. Cilj utrke je na ulazu u dvorac na podiznom mostu lančane kule.

Prijava: Najkasnije do 27.06.2016. god. u 24:00 h

Potvrda starta: Podjela brojeva i uplata startnine na licu mjesta najkasnije do 10:00 na dan utrke

Start utrke: 11:00 sati

Duljina: 5 km (5392 m) - 1 krug oko jezera

Vremenski limit: 45 min

Trasa: Trči se isključivo šetnicom oko jezera uz samo jezero i u hladovini. Staza je ravna ili blago valovita te dobro utvrđena. Posljednjih 400 m staze trči se jači uspon.

• Svaki natjecatelj svojom prijavom izravno je suglasan da se na utrci natječe na osobnu odgovornost (uz pratnju liječničke pomoći i osiguranje policije), da je upoznat sa pravilima i propisima utrke kojih će se pridržavati, te da je upoznat s mogućim rizicima koje ovo natjecanje sadrži.
• Svojom prijavom natjecatelj se odriče mogućnosti prenošenja odgovornosti na organizatora utrke bilo prema natjecateljima ili trećim osobama.
• Svojom prijavom natjecatelj potvrđuje da je zdravstveno sposoban i u odgovarajućoj psiho-fizičkoj kondiciji primjerenoj za ovakvu vrstu natjecanja.

Each registered runner directly agrees to compete in the race at his/her own risk (to the accompaniment of medical assistance and security of the police); that he/she is familiar with the rules and regulations of the race to be followed, and that he/she is familiar with the possible risks that this race may have.

With his/her registration the runner renounces the possibility of transferring responsibility to the organizers of the race, other race competitors or third parties.

With his/her registration the runner confirms that the medical examination has been done and that he/she is in an appropriate psycho-physical condition for participating at this race.

Place: Trakošćan lake, Trakošćan, Bednja County

Date and time: 3rd July 2016 (Sunday)

Start - Finish: Start is on the shore of the Trakošćan lake, under the castle. Finish is at the castle gate entrance, at the drawbridge gate of the entrance tower.

Length: 10 km  - 2 laps around the lake

Time limit: 01:30 h

The route: On the pedestrian pathway around the lake, in the shade of the trees. The path is firm ground with gravel bits, mostly flat with a few slight aps and downs. Last 400 m is steep ascent on the winding path up the castle hill.

PROGRAMMME:

• 3rd July 2016 Sunday (race day)
  8 am - 11 am Runners' registration for 5k and 10k race
  11 am Start of 5k race and 10k race
  1 pm Awards ceremony and after race lunch

ENTRY FEE

The price of the entry fee includes the following:

1. free entrance to the Castle Museum - entrance fee for non-participants is 30 kn (4 EUR)
2. start number, digital timing and quick publication of results on runcroatia.hr and stotinka.hr
3. record keeping and scoring the entire league by a modern Jaguar system
4. refreshments for the runners along the course and at the end of the race
5. medical help

Price entry fee: 80.00 KN up until the day before the race, 110.00 KN on the race day.

• The amount is increased by the bank commission for payments outside Croatia
• If the runner has paid the entry fee and will not take part in the race, the entry fee refund is not possible.
• In case of not attending the race after paying the fee, participant start number and accompanying gift pack can be transfered to another registered participant up to 2 days before the race.
