Given the circumstances in which we live and the overall situation around Covid-19, which we are witnessing throughout 2020, we are informing you that the Charity ZFSC race will not take place at the Strojarska 20 building.
We want to be an example to everyone, and we will not take risks. We don’t want to endanger each other, because if even one of us gets sick, the race will have a sad story, and that’s what none of us want. So, we have good news too!
The charity firefighter race will be held, but virtually, which means that the entire Charity is still ON. How and when will the race take place? On the same planned day, December 5th, 2020, Saturday, everyone will proudly wear their uniform, in the same way as for the race, and run 666 steps or 88 steps in the children category. Where? Wherever you want, you can choose for yourself, outside in a public space or in a building, your free choice. Whether there will be exactly 666 of them is up to you (of course you can do more).
Send us a picture (you can also make a video) of your accomplishment to our email zfsc@gmail.com, and we will share all the pictures and tag you. We will also try to put together a collage in the shape of a Hummingbird! Each of you must enter your address when registering to the race and all those who pay the entry fee and send a picture as previously stated, will receive a participation medal and the race buff. This year there will be no winner of the race itself, but in fact we will all be winners! We will all once again show the big hearts of firefighters and all that to help our little Hummingbirds.
Please do not forget the epidemiological measures during the virtual race wherever you are. Good luck!
