The SUP competition starts on Sunday, 9.10., at 10:00 am, on Mali Viganj, on Jadrija

SUP stands for Stand Up Paddleboarding. Paddle boarding standing is a trendy water sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Paddleboarding only became popular after 2001, after legendary surfer Laird Hamilton started doing SUP.

From 2001 to the present, the popularity of paddle boarding has grown rapidly, and rowers around the world enjoy the board in their local waters (oceans, seas, lakes, bays). SUP is one of the indispensable sea disciplines on Mali Viganj on Jadrija, enjoyed by many lovers of sea activities.

There will be a roundabout tour around two buoys in front of Mali Viganj, and the competitive route will be provided by the organizers. The exact competitor's route and driving directions will be given to participants on the day of the competition, on Mali Viganj, and it will depend on the weather (depending on whether it will be wavy and how strong the wind will blow).

Whether you are an experienced SUP rower or would just like to try this popular sport, SUP is really fast learning discipline, so after one free workshop, which will be held on Saturday, 8.10. at 14:00, you can join us in the competition.

Start packages

The pick-up of the starting packages is organized at the main location on Mali Viganj, on Jadrija: on Saturday, 8.10. from 10:30 to 16:00 and on Sunday, 9.10. from 09:30 to 09:45.

To pick up the starting number and starter package, it is mandatory to present an ID document. Picking up the starting number for another person is possible only with the presentation of the personal document of the registered person.

By paying the registration fee on time, you are entitled to the STARTING PACKAGE, which includes the following: promotional bag of the Tourist board of Šibenik-Knin County, dry fit race shirt, sponsor gifts, refreshments, starting number, bag for storing personal belongings, finisher's medal, medal for the first three places (women and men category), winning package for the first three places in both categories, photography of the race and video materials.
