STARTING PACKAGES AND NUMBERS PICK-UP

 Crystal hall, hotel The Westin Zagreb (Izidor Kršnjavi Street nr. 1)

You don’t have to pick up your start number in person– someone else can do that for you by presenting your payment confirmation or a photo/copy of your personal ID card.

In order to get their start numbers, minors have to be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must sign “Participant’s disclaimer”.

During the issuing of start packages all persons must wear a protective mask and present a valid EU digital COVID certificate.

 

 

START – FINISH LINE

 Start and finish line: Izidor Kršnjavi Street nr. 1 (in front of The Westin Zagreb hotel)

Race starting time: 12 h

️Runners should be at the starting point at 11.40 am

Facemasks are mandatory at the start line and in the tents/coat checks, we advise always wearing a mask up to the race start.

 

COAT CHECKS

 Due to the current epidemiologic circumstances, coat checks will no longer be inside The Westin Zagreb hotel to avoid gathering a large number of people in a closed space.

 Therefore, tents will be available on the parking lot across the World Class  hotel Westin for you to store your belongings (location).

 We advise you not to leave valuables in the tents. Although volunteers will be always present at the location, we are not liable for the loss of valuables.

 

ANTIGEN TESTING

Testing with a rapid antigen test for COVID-19 will be possible in the Maksimir hall of The Westin Zagreb hotel in the following terms:

 Saturday, 11.12., from 10 to 17 h

 Sunday, 12.12., from 9 to 11 h

 The price of a rapid antigen test is 70,00 kn‍

 

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

13:10 - Winner announcement for the 5 km run (stage in front of the hotel)

13:15 - Winner announcement for the 10 km run (stage in front of the hotel)

13:20 - Announcement of the fastest winners in the category „youngest and oldest ZAR runners “for all races (stage in front of the hotel)

 

RACE COURSE:

The length of the race course is 5 km and 10 km. Finish and start is in front of The Westin Hotel.

TRAFFIC: Kršnjavoga Street is closed to traffic from 08.00 am to 13.30 pm. Traffic on the race course will be closed from 11:50 am to 1:30 pm.

PARKING: streets near The Westin Hotel, and in the parking lot next to the Faculty of Mining, Pierottijeva ul., Klaićeva ul.

DRESSING ROOMS / TOILETS: Please do not leave valuables. The locker rooms close at 11.25 am, in order that all runners can be in the start zone on time.

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL MEASURES: It will be possible to participate in the race by presenting an EU digital COVID certificate, a negative antigen or PCR test in the last 48 hours. All participants will be provided with the opportunity to be tested by a rapid, antigenic test on race day.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

Each competitor agrees to compete at personal risk (accompanied by medical assistance and police). Competitor also needs to be familiar with the rules and regulations of the race which needs to be followed. Competitor has to be aware of the possible risks involved in this competition. By registering, the competitor waives the possibility of transferring responsibility to the race organizer either to the competitors or to third parties. By applying, the competitor confirms that he is medically fit and in appropriate psycho-physical condition suitable for this type of competition.

We would like to inform you that the event you are participating is being recorded and that recordings and photos from it can be used for marketing purposes to promote the event organizers. It is also possible that the recordings and photos will be published in print or electronic media and/or on the social networks of the organizers.
